APPROPRIATION FOR ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

(24) A request from the officers of the University of Illinois Alumni Association for an appropriation of #2,300, to supplement the present annual appropriation of #3,000 which is being made for the Illinois Alumni News, for the year 1931-32, to enable the Association to send copies of the Illinois Alumni News to all members of the 1931 graduating class for one year. This is a modification of a previous request made in January for an appropriation of #4,600 for this purpose. The modified estimate i s on the basis of one dollar per senior. O n motion of M r s . (25) A recommendation that an appropriation of #2,500, or so much thereof as maybe necessary, be made from the Reserve and Contingent Fund for the current Summer Session, to be used as a contingent fund for salaries and expense and equipment.
