T h e Secretary presented for record a list of a p p o i n t m e n t s m a d e b y the President of the University. A m t m a n , Leo E., Instructor in Internal Medicine, in the College of Medicine, beginning March 10, 1931, and continuing until September 1, 1931, without salary. (March 13, 1931)1 Andrews, John Harley, Assistant in the Bureau of Business Research, for five months beginning February 16, 1931, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) a month. (February 19, 1931) Berdahl, Mrs. Evelyn Tripp, Assistant in English, on two-thirds time, beginning February 1,1931, and continuing until Dr. Rinaker's return, and not later than J uly 1, 1931, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundred twenty dollars ($120) a month. (February 12, 1931) Bradley, C. W., Assistant in Chemistry, on one-half time, forfivemonths beginning February 1, 1931, at a cash compensation at the rate of sixty dollars ($60) a month (this supersedes his previous appointment).
