I therefore recommend that an additional appropriation of $5000 be made, with the anticipation that this will cover the completion of the house to the point where it will be taken over by the decorator and furnisher, and I a m leaving the lightingfixturesto be included in the decorating and furnishing item. I wish very much that members of the Board might find time to look over in some detail the extras involved so that they will not be entirely dependent upon m y recommendation in the matter.
