the Medical and Dental Laboratories Building to the Kewanee M a n ufacturing Company, at its bid of £107,015.80, be rescinded; II. That the proposal of W . W . Kimball Company to furnish and install the laboratory equipment for the Medical and Dental Laboratories Building according to the original specifications for a consideration of £58,126.80 be accepted, and that the officers of the Board be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute a proper contract (under bond) with W . W . Kimball Company to cover the furnishing and the installation of this equipment.

Allen, Harry Kenneth, Assistant in the Bureau of Business Research, for five months beginning February 1, 1931, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundred twenty dollars (S120) a month. (February 4, 1931)' Bruner, Allen Maxwell, Medical Adviser for M e n , and Assistant in Hygiene, for seven months beginning February 1, 1931, at a cash compensation at the rate of two hundredfiftydollars ($250) a month. (January 12, 1931) Bumbalek, John L., Research Assistant in Olericulture, in the Department of Horticulture, in the Agricultural Experiment Station, for one year beginning February 1, 1931, at a cash compensation of twenty-four hundred dollars ($2400). (January 28, 1931) Charles, Joseph E., Assistant in English, for five months beginning February 1, 1931, at a cash compensation at the rate of one hundredfiftydollars ($150) a month (this supersedes his previous appointment).
