MOVING EXPENSES OF PRESIDENT CHASE At this point, President Barr presented the matter of the payment of the moving expenses of President Chase. On motion of Dr. Noble, an appropriation of $440 from the Reserve and Contingent Fund for 1930-31 to meet this expenditure was made by the following vote: Aye, President Barr, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Fisher, Dr. Noble, Mr. Simpson, Mr. Trees; no, none; absent, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Blair, Mr. Emmerson, Mrs. Grigsby.
