LETTER FROM PRESIDENT KINL.EY The Secretary presented the following letter from President Kinley. June 18, 1930 Mr. H . E. Cunningham, Secretary, Board of Trustees

Dear Mr. Cunningham:

This is to give you a written acknowledgment for record of m y appreciation of the action of the Board at the meeting of M a y 9 in offering m e the use of the present President's House for a period not to exceed four years at a rental of ? 1500 a year after m y return in 1931 and to say that I accept said offer with appreciation and thanks. I desire also to put on your record m y expression of appreciation and gratitude for the generous action of the Board in giving m e leave of absence beginning August 1, next, with continued salary.
