The following members of the Board were present: President Barr, Mr. Armstrong, M r . Blair, Mrs. Evans, Dr. Noble, M r . Simpson, M r . Trees. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of M a y 9, 1930. O n motion of Mr. Blair, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 579 to 592 above. 601
