MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS June 3, 1 9 3 0 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois w a s held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 1930, pursuant to the following call which w a s sent out b y the Secretary on M a y 29, 1930: On the call of the President, Mr. George A. Barr, a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois will be held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a.m. (Chicago time) on Tuesday, June 3, 1930, to consider such matters as may be presented by the President of the University and the committees of the Board, and such other matters as may be duly presented. T h e following m e m b e r s were present: President Barr, M r . Armstrong, M r s . Evans, M r s . Grigsby, Dr. Noble, M r . Simpson, M r . Trees. President Kinley w a s present; also Professor J.
