MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS February 5, 1930 The February meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 1930. The following members were present: President Armstrong, M r . Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Fisher, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, M r . Trees. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of January 7, 1930, and of the adjourned session of January 11, 1930. O n motion of Dr. Noble, the Secretary was instructed to include in the minutes of January 11, on page 482, the proposed contract with the Champaign County Milk Producers Association. O n motion of Dr. Noble, the minutes were approved as corrected, as printed on pages 471 to 494 above. 495
