MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS October 13, 1 9 2 8 A meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at 9:30 a. m. on Saturday, October 13, 1928, at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago. As there was no quorum at the hour designated, a recess was taken. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING, OCTOBER 13, 1928 A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, on Saturday, October 13, 1928, during the recess in the meeting of the Board on the same day. Mr. Armstrong, chairman, and Mr. Trees, a member of the Committee, were present; also Mr. Barr, Mrs. Grigsby, and Dr. Noble, members of the Board, and President Kinley, Professor White, and Professor Morey. 43
