MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 15, 1929 The November meeting of the Board oi Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 1929. The following members were present: President Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Fisher, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, M r . Simpson, Mr. Trees. President Kinley was present; also Professor J. M . White, Supervising Architect. President Armstrong reported that he had ordered the change in place of this meeting on request of several members of the Board and by unanimous consent. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of September 18 and October 10, 1929. O n motion of Mrs. Evans, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 351 to 428 above. 429
