388 b o a r d of trustees [September 18 2. That Mr. H. M . Edwards be made Acting Comptroller until February 1, on Mr. Morey's return; and that he be paid $100 a month during the term of his additional responsibility, on account of that responsibility, and no longer. 3. That Mr. J. E. Millizen be made Acting Purchasing Agent for the term of Mr. Edward's services as Acting Comptroller, and that he be paid $50 a month additional salary on account of his additional responsibility for the term of services as such, and no longer. 4. That the President be authorized to approve the employment of such additional help as may be necessary, the expense of the same to be charged to the unused half of Mr. Morey's salary. O n motion of M r . Barr, these recommendations were adopted.
