MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 20, 1928 The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois met at the University, at Urbana, at 9 o'clock a. m. on Thursday, September 20, 1928. W h e n the board convened, the following members were present: President Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, Mr. Trees, Mr. Ward. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of June 29, 1928. O n motion of Mr. Trees, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 665 to 764 above. I
