The School agrees that during the continuation of this lease i will not t exercise any right that i may have by virtue of the deed of conveyance t herein referred to, to request that said land be reconveyed to it. This lease shall be in force from one year from the date hereof, and shall continue in force from year to year after the expiration of the first year unless terminated as herein provided. It is mutually agreed that either party to this lease shall have the right to terminate the same by giving written notice to the other party thirty (30) days in advance of the end of any lease year.
