W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: President Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Grigsby, Dr. Noble, Mr. Trees. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of June 12, 1928. O n motion of Dr. Noble, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 627 to 663 above. 665
