MATTERS PRESENTED BY PRESIDENT KINLEY The Board considered the following matters presented by the President of the University. REPORT ON AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE (i) I submit a report from the Comptroller and Supervising Architect of their action in taking out automobile insurance, in accordance with the action of the Board at i s l s meeting. t at This matter was referred to the President of the University and the Legal Counsel for consideration and report. APPOINTMENT OF MR. ERIC LOUIS KOHLER AS A MEMBER OF THE B O A R D OF EXAMINERS IN A C C O U N T A N C Y (2) I recommend that Mr. Eric Louis Kohler, of thefirmof Kohler, Petteng l , and Company, Accountants, of Chicago, be appointed a member of the il Board of Examiners in Accountancy, to serve for three years from July I, 1928, to succeed Mr. Arthur Andersen, whose term expires June 30, 1928. O n motion of Mr. Trees, this appointment was made.
