MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS December 13, 1 9 2 7 The December meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9 o'clock a. m. on Tuesday, December 13, 1927. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present : President Trees, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of November 17, 1927. O n motion of Mrs. Ickes, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 487 to 505 above. S07
