Avenue, East of Fourth Street, has been concluded at a price of £3,700, and possession of the property secured. The legal description of this property is as follows: The West 50 feet of the following tract: Commencing at a point 40 rods West and 52.69 rods North of the S. E. corner of the S. W . # of Sec. 18, T w p . 19, N . R. 9. E. of the 3rd P. M., thence West 2J rods, thence South 1 1 % rods, thence East 25 rods, thence North 12% rods to the beginning, all situated in the County of Champaign, State of Illinois.
