CHANGE IN CONTRACT FOR STEEL BOOK STACKS FOR THE THIRD UNIT OF THE N E W LIBRARY (2) The Supervising Architect recommends that the appropriation for steel book stacks in the third unit of the New Library, the contract for which was awarded at the August 19 meeting (page 425), be increased by the amount of £3,680 and that Snead & Company be authorized to change the construction of the stairs from single run to double run. I concur in the recommendation. O n motion of M r . Barr, this recommendation w a s adopted.
