PROXIES FOR ANNUAL MEETINGS (31) The Provost authorized the Secretary of the Board of Trustees to execute the proxies for the Annual Meetings of the Illinois Public Service Company, and the Public Service Company of Northern Illinois, which were held in February, in view of the fact that no Board Meeting was held in that month. O n motion of M r . Blair, this action w a s confirmed.
