MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS March 8, 1 9 2 7 The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9:30 a. m. on Tuesday, March 8, 1927. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: President Trees, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes, Dr. Noble, Mr. W h a m . President Kinley was present; also Professor J. M . White, Supervising Architect. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of January 12, IQ27O n motion of Dr. Noble, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 197 to 215 above. 217
