ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNING BOARDS Mrs. Evans m a d e a statement concerning the Association of Governing Boards of Universities, and offered a motion that the University join this Association. After discussion, the motion was lost. PROGRESS OF BUILDINGS M r . Armstrong raised the question of the rate of progress on buildings n o w under construction. This matter was discussed, but no action was taken. APPOINTMENTS MADE BY PRESIDENT KINLEY T h e Secretary presented for record a list of appointments m a d e by the President of the University.
