I. That the four semaphores authorized be located as follows: One on Burrill Avenue, north of University Hall; one between University Hall and the Law Building; one just east of the Auditorium; and one on the east and west road just north of the new Agricultural building, the exact spot in each case to be determined by the Supervising Architect. 2. That no traffic be permitted on the Campus in the area prohibited to parking, except on the South Burrill Avenue-Wright Street Route, during the ten minute intervals between classes from 8 a. m. to 4 p. m. including the period from 11:50 to 12 noon, except on Saturday afternoons and Sundays, when the semaphores will be inoperative. 3. That no parking of automobiles shall- be permitted on any day between 8 a. m. and 3:50 p. m. within the limits bounded by Green Street on the north; the east side of Mathews Avenue extended, on the east; the north side of the road south of the new Agricultural building, on the south; and Wright Street extended, on the west. 4. That the President of the University be given authority to waive these regulations on special occasions of importance, and also to issue permits to individual students or members of the faculty who, for reasons of physical disability, may need to ride to their class rooms in automobiles. O n motion of M r . Armstrong, these regulations were approved and the President of the University w a s authorized to put them in operation. O n motion of M r . Trimble, the President of the University w a s authorized to m a k e such traffic regulations and such changes therein as conditions from time to time m a y warrant.
