PURCHASE OF COLLEGE PLACE LOTS

(19) In further development of the policy adopted by the Board for the acquisition of College Place, on the advice of the Supervising Architect, I recommend the purchase of the following property: Lot 87 (vacant) 56' frontage—from J.
