MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS M A R C H 12, 1923 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois w a s held at the University, in Urbana, at 10 o'clock a. m., on M o n d a y , M a r c h 12, 1923, pursuant to the following notice which w a s sent out by the Secretary on M a r c h 5, 1923. On the call of the President, Mr. W . L. Abbott, a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois will be held at the University, in Urbana, at 10 o'clock a. m. on Monday, March 12, 1923, to consider matters submitted by the President of the University and the committees of the Board, and such other matters as may be duly submitted. W h e n the Board convened the following m e m b e r s were present: President Abbott, M r s . Blake, M r s . Busey, M r s . Evans, M r . Hoit, M r . Noble, M r . Trimble.
