Gallant (18) The university counsel has recommended that the board approve settlement of Gleasman v. Gallant in the amount of $150,000. The plaintiff alleges that plaintiffs decedent's conditions of coronary artery and ischemic heart disease were not treated appropriately, resulting in death of plaintiff's decedent. The vice president for business and finance concurs. I recommend approval. On motion of Mrs. Shepherd, this recommendation was approved by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Boyle, Mrs. Calder, Mr. Downey, Mr. Grabowski, Mrs. Gravenhorst, Mr. Lamont, Ms. Reese, Mrs. Shepherd; no, none; absent, Dr. Bacon, Governor Edgar.
