MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS December 13, 1921 The quarterly meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 a. m. on Tuesday, December 13, 1921. The following members were present: President Abbott, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Hoit. President Kinley and Vice-President Davenport were present. On request of President Abbott, Mrs. Evans presided during the meeting. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of October 12 and November 9 and 11, 1921. On motion of Mr. Blair the minutes were approved as printed on pages 101 to 130 above. 131
