The Secretary presented also for record the following list of appointments made by. President Kinley:

Atwood, C. A., Assistant State Leader of Farm Advisers, on two-thirds time, at a salary of one hundred sixty-six and two-thirds dollars ($166.67) a month, and Instructor in English, on one-third time, at a salary of eighty-three and one-third dollars ($83.33) a month, for five months, beginning February 1, 1921. This appointment supersedes his previous appointment. (February 23, 1921 )2 Baron, Annette, Assistant in the Departments of Romance Languages and Psychology, for five months^ beginning February 1, 1921, at a salary of one hundred fifty-five dollars ($155) a month. This appointment supersedes her previous appointment. (March 25, 1921) Barto, Harriet T., Assistant Professor of Home Economics, in the College of Agriculture, for one year, beginning September 1, 1921, at a salary of twenty-seven hundred dollars ($2700). (March 18, 1921) Beilin, D. S., Voluntary Research Assistant in Pharmacology and Therapeutics, in the College of Medicine, for four months, beginning March 1,1921, without salary. This appointment supersedes his previous appointment. (March 8', 1921) Bennett, T. L., Assistant in Mathematics, on part-time, for ten months, beginning September 1, 1921, at a salary of eighty dollars ($80) a month. (April 7, 1921)
