E Q U I P M E N T FOR EDUCATION B U I L D I N G (15) A recommendation that an appropriation of $40,000 be made from the Reserve and Incidental fund for the purchase of equipment for the Education Building.

On motion of Mr. Blair, this appropriation was made, by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Abbott, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Herbert, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Trimble; no, none; absent, Mr. Noble, Mr. Small.

A P P O I N T M E N T IN T H E P R E S I D E N T ' S OFFICE (16) A recommendation that Mr. George Chapin be appointed Ediorial Assistant a and Executive Assistant in the President's Office at a salary of $2,500 a year, beginning April 1, 1921.

On motion of Mr. Hoit, this appointment was made. The vote was as follows: Aye, Mr. Abbott, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mr. Herbert, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Trimble; no, none; absent, Mr. Noble, Mr. Small. At this point, Mr. Noble took his place with the Board.
