MINUTES APPROVED iSie Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of October W, 1919. On motion of Mr. Abbott, the minuter were approved as printed on pages 595 to 604 above. M A T T I B S SUBMITTED BY PRESIDENT KINLEY The Bodrd considered the following ihattiers Submitted by Acting President Kinley. REGULATIONS—-BILLS FOR TRAVELING EXPENSES (1) A recommendation £rom the Comptroller that the regulations concerning bills for traveling expenses be amended to read as follows: 1. Itemized bills in the form prescribed by Qie Comptroller shall be presented to the Comptroller for payment as promptly as possible and in any case within sixty days following the completion of the trip for which the expense was incurred. In the case of University employees whose duties require a large amount of traveling within the State, it shall be deemed sufficient if bills are presented monthly. 605
