Thornsburgh, Thelma T., Clerk in the Catalog Department of the Library, for twelve months, on one-third time, beginning September 1, 1919, at a salary of twenty dollars ($20) a month. (August 30, 1919). Townsend, M. T., Assistant in Zoology, for ten months, on one-half time, beginning September 1, 1919, at a salary of six hundred dollars ($600) for the period. (September 9, 1919). Valentine, R. W., Assistant in Economics in the College of Commerce, for ten months, beginning September 1, 1919, at a salary of twelve hundred dollars ($1,200) for the period. This appointment superseding his previous appointment. (September 26. 1919). Wasserman, M. J., Assistant in Economics in the College of Commerce, for ten months, beginning September 1, 1919,vat a salary of twelve hundred ($1,200) for the period. Wells, Eunice, Clerk in the Order department of the Library, for twelve months, on one-third time, beginning September 15, 1919, at a salary of twenty-two and onehalf dollars ($22.50) a month. Wittman, Julia, Stenographer at Chicago center in the Department of Industrial Education, at a salary of one thousand eighty dollars ($1,080) a year, beginning September 1, 1919, and continuing until further notice; subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission.
