Lowe, Lucretia, Assistant in English, for ten months, on two-thirds time, beginning September 1, 1919, at a salary of eight hundred dollars ($800) for the period. (September 22, 1919). . . . . McCaughtry, Ruth C , Reviser and Assistant in the Library School, for nine months, beginning September 15, 1919, at a salary of one hundred dollars ($100) a month. (August 20-, 1919). MeCollum, Jean, Stenographer, Rank H I , in the Library Office of the Library, at a salary of ninety dollars ($90) a month, beginning September 15, 1919, and continuing until further notice; subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission.
