SALARY AND RANK OF MR. C. E. BRADBURY

(13) A report that Mr, C. E. Bradbury, appointed Associate in Art and Design at a salary of $1,900, has been promoted to be Assistant Professor of Art and $>esigtt tft a salary of $2,500 a year.

This action was approved.

SALARY OF DIRECTOR P. L. WINDSOR (14) A recommendation that the salary of Director P. L. Windsor be raised 10 $4,500 a year and that the change be made effective as of September 1, 1919.

This recommendation was approved. REPORT ON CASES OF DR. BOUGHTON AND MR. WOOLBERT

(15) A report that, acting on the authority given by the Board at its last meeting (page 512), the Acting President had directed the Comptroller to #ay Dr. Ekmghton one-half his salary from May 10 to August 31, inclusive, being the sum of $2$4J@; and to pay Professor Wooibert the sum of $325.00 as a proper proportion of his salary for the summer months.

This report was received for record.

APPOINTMENT OF MISS MARIAN D Y N I E W I 0 2 AND MISS MARGARET BARTO (16) A report that, owing to the difficulty of getting sufficient number of teachers, the Acting President had authorized the employment of Miss Dyniewicz in the School of Pharmacy altho she has a sister already on the faculty; ahd a similar report in the case of Miss Margaret Barto, in the department of Physical Education for Womeh, whose father is a member of the faculty.

These appointments were confirmed.

DR. A. H. DANIELS MADE ACTING BfcAN Off T H E GRADUATE SCHOOL (17) A recommendation that Professor A* H. Daniels, now under appointment afe Assistant Dean of the Graduate School until November 1, be appointed Acting Dean of the Graduate School until September 1, 1920, at the present additional compensation at the rate of $500 for twelve months.

This appointment was made.

REPORT ON PUBLICITY (18) A report on the means and agencies of publicity now employed by the University (see page 503). The means and agencies of publicity now utilized by the University, are as follows: Publications issued by the University, or under its auspices, including the bulletins, circulars, and reports of the Agficulttlrai Experiment Station, the Engineering Experiment Station, etc., and the vaffdtis colleges, t o f the hit University year, these may be listed as follows, excepting the last mentioned one, "The Health Adviser/' which is new.
