MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 9, 1919 with adjourned session of October 4, 1919 The quarterly meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in Urbana on Tuesday, September 9, 1919. The Board adjourned to meet on call of the President. ADJOURNED SESSION, OCTOBER 4, 1919. When the Board met at the University, in Urbana, at 10 o'clock a. m. on Saturday, October 4, 1919, the following members were present: President Carr, Mr. Abbott, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans. Acting President Kinley was present. As there was no quorum, a recess was taken until 8 o'clock p. m. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING, OCTOBER 4, 1919 A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, on Saturday, October 4, 1919, during the recess in the meeting of the Board on the same day. Mr. R. F. Carr, chairman, and Mr. W. L. Abbott, member of the Committee, were present; also, Mrs. Margaret D. Blake, Mrs. Mary E. Busey, and Mrs. Laura B. Evans, members of the Board, were present. Acting President Kinley was present. The Executive Committee considered the following matters submitted by Acting President Kinley.
