On motion of Mr. Hoit, the final settlement for the Students' Army Training Corps was approved.

P A Y M E N T O F M A T R I C U L A T I O N F E E S BY M E M B E R S O F T H E S. A. T . C . (11) A statement that in making their settlement with us the representatives of the War Department have refused to allow the full amount of matriculation fees for the members of the S. A. T. C. who entered the University for the first time last fall. The amount allowed in each case was based on a per diem rate determined by applying the matriculation fee against one entire year.
