MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS April 12,1919 A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in the office of President R. F. Carr, 2005 McCormick Building, in Chicago, on Saturday, April 12, 1919. Mr. Robert F. Carr, Mr. Otis W. Hoit, and Mr. William L Abbott, members of the Committee, and President Edmund J. James, and, for a part of the time, Mr. Cairo A. Trimble, were present. B O N D OF TREASURER APPROVED Mr. Trimble, as Chairman of the Finance Committee, presented a bond for one million dollars, for Hazen S. Capron, Treasurer of the University, for the approval of the Executive Committee. On motion of Mr. Abbott, the Executive Committee accepted the recommendation of the Chairman of the Finance Committee and approved the bond for Hazen S. Capron, Treasurer, and instructed the retiring treasurer, Mr. E. D. Hulbert, to transfer the University funds and all records, which he has as treasurer, belonging to the University, to the new treasurer. 309
