You will observe that an item for accrued tuition amounting to $28,775.00 is included in this statement, an analysis of which is shown on a separate schedule inclosed. After conference with yourself and Dean Kinley regarding the answer to the above telegram the following reply was drafted and has gone forward: Amount necessary to completely reimburse University of Illinois for all expenditures School of Military Aeronautics to end of June is simply the amount then accrued but not vouchered for tuition of men not graduated at that date.
