BOARD OF TRUSTEES

[November 23,

versity for all tuition. He says the contract should be dated November 1, 1918. If this can be done, it will provide for the payment of tuition by all members of the S. A. T. C. who have already paid tuition for the month of October. What steps do you wish me to take as to this contract, or will you attend to all details? Some of the figures above mentioned are not entirely accurate, and I would refer you to Professor White for the actual contract figures for plumbing, carpentering and electricarwork. Captain Yearous states that in his opinion, should the S. A. T. W. H. BROWNE
