The United States Fuel Administration has undertaken to give efficiency ratings to power plants. Mr. Joseph Harrington is the administrative engineer for Illinois. He advises me that our rating is 93%. I know nothing about what the average rating is, but I am quite gratified with this rating. Yours truly,
