Peel, Thomas, Laboratory Helper in Chemistry, at a salary of nine hundred sixty dollars (960) a year, beginning September 1, 1917, and continuing until further notice, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission; this appointment superseding his former appointment at $840. a year. (September 7, 1917). Pengilly, H. E., Instructor in the School of Military Aeronautics at a salary of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) a month, beginning September 20, 1917, and continuing until further notice. (August 17, 1917). Perkins, Frances J., Student Assistant in Psychology for five months beginning September 1, 1917, at a salary of forty dollars ($40) a month. (October 1, 1917). Peterkin, J. T., Instructor in Free-hand Drawing at a salary of one hundred forty dollars ($140) a month, beginning when he reports for duty and continuing until June 30, 1918. (September 20, 1917). Phillips, A. O., Graduate Assistant in Chemistry for ten months beginning September 1, 1917, at a salary of three hundred dollars ($300) for the ten months. (September 7, 1917). Pickels, G. W., Instructor in the School of Military Aeronautics, in charge of meterology, astronomy, and mapping, at a salary of one hundred sixty-five dollars ($165) a month, beginning September 1, 1917, and continuing until further notice. (August 3, 1917). Piatt, J. H., Assistant in Machine Design for ten months, beginning September 1, 1917, at a salary of one thousand dollars ($1000) for the ten months. (September 5, 1917). Powell, S. G., Assistant in Chemistry, on one-half time, at a salary of fifty dollars ($50) a month, for nine months beginning October 1, 1917; this appointment superseding his former appointment as Graduate Assistant. (October 11, 1917). Prickett, A. L., Assistant in Economics, on one-half time, for ten months beginning September 1, 1917, at a salary of six hundred dollars ($600) for the ten months. (September 26, 1917). Quick, Nan, University Stenographer, rank II, in the Business Office, at a salary of sixty dollars ($60) a month, beginning September 1, 1917, and continuing until further notice but not without reappointment beyond August 31, 1918, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission; this appointment superseding her former appointment at v$5o a month. (September 4, 1917). Quiring, D. P., Assistant in Zoology, on one-half time, from September 26, 1917, to June 30, 1918, at a salary of seventy dollars ($70) a month. (October 1, 1917). Rayson, E. C, Auditor at a salary of eighteen hundred dollars (1800) a year beginning September 1, 1917, and continuing until further notice, but not without reappointment beyond August 31, 1918, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission, (September 4, 1917).
