O n motion of M r s . Evans, the President of the University was authorized to determine in detail the expenditures of these colleges within the limits provided for in the general budget already approved. T h e vote was unanimous. A t this point M r . W a r d withdrew, and, the absence of a quorum having been noted, the Board adjourned.
