A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in the Trustees' Room, at the University„ in'Urbana, on Saturday, August 28, 1915. Mr. W. L. Abbott, Chairman, and Mr. Hoit, member of the committee, Mrs. Busey and Mrs. Evans, members of the board, President James, and Prof. J. M. White, Supervising Architect, were present.
