Substitute Denison Interlocking Tile for all common brick backing. 3. Substitute Bedford stone for the concrete base above grade on the main building only. 4. Substitute Bedford stone for all concrete and cast cement window sills, copings and pilaster caps. 5. Omit all composition floor and base. 6. Change one inch cement top on reinforced floors to one and one-half inch and install same after plastering is complete. 7. Substitute galvanized Ingot Iron for all exterior copper except flashings and valleys. 8. Omit all panels with tile inserts and substitute therefor face brick in straight bond.
