1912] PKOCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. 137 At this point Messrs. Hatch and Moore withdrew. Dean Harker presented the needs of the College of Law, and also made an informal report of the status of the suit against the estate of John R. Walsh to recover rent due on a part of the premises of the School of Pharmacy on a lease to Dr. L. Blake Baldwin for five years from May 1, 1904, which was guaranteed by Mr. Walsh. The board adjourned at 6:15 P.M. W. L. ABBOTT, President. H. E. CUNNINGHAM, Secretary pro tempore.
