In the cash statement following, we present, in total, the general cash transactions for the fourth quarter as represented by the cash book and warrant registers, beginning with the general cash balance as at March 31, 1910:

We compared all warrants paid during the quarter with the treasurer's records. We also obtained a certificate from the State Bank of Chicago certifying to the balance of cash on deposit to the credit of the treasurer at the close of business, June 30, 1910, the balance being $529,901.01. The following is a reconcilement of the treasurer's account with the books of the University on June 30, 1910:
