APPROPRIATION FOR THE DEPARTMENT . OF CHEMISTRY. (10) A request from Dr. W. A. Noyes, professor of Chemistry, endorsed by Dr. E. J. Townsend, dean of the College of Science, for a further appropriation of $2,000.00 for the support of the Department of Chemistry for the present academic year.
