approve t h e budget for t h e College of Medicine a n d the College of Dentistry for t h e year 1911-12 as presented by t h e p r e s i d e n t of t h e University, on t h e condition t h a t a satisfactory lease is concluded for t h e property owned by t h e College of Physicians and Surgeons for t h e use of the medical school.* Your committee voted also to approve t h e list of t h e members of t h e faculty of t h e College of Medicine presented by t h e president of t h e University on t h e recommendation of t h e dean of t h e College of Medicine a n d t h a t t h e persons n a m e d in t h i s list, as given below, be appointed to t h e positions indicated for a period of ten m o n t h s from Sept. 1, 1911, with salaries a t t h e r a t e per a n n u m given in t h e list; t h i s action also being subject to t h e conclusion of a satisfactory lease, on t h e p a r t of t h e University, of t h e property, of the College of P h y s i c i a n s and Surgeons for the use of t h e medical school.* T h i s m a t t e r w a s referred to t h i s committee at t h e meeting of Sept. 12, 1911, w i t h a u t h o r i t y to approve t h e r e c o m m e n d a t i o n s (page 490).
