1911] PROCEEDINGS OE THE BOARD OE TRUSTEES. 167 It was voted to authorize the president of the University to give notice to all persons now in the employ of the University in regard to whose efficiency there is a doubt that their terms of employment will end June 30, 1911; and to authorize the president to make temporary appointments of the same persons or others to avoid the interruption of necessary University business.
