appropriations for equipment and the erection of buildings "for the University of Illinois. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly: T h a t t h e r e be* and is hereby appropriated to' t h e University of Illinois t h e following s u m s for additions to t h e p l a n t : 1. F o r additional equipment to w a t e r station, two t h o u s a n d ($2,000.00) dollars per a n n u m $ 4,000 00 2. Increase of telephone exchange, fifteen h u n d r e d ($1,500.00)dollars per a n n u m .. 3,000 00 3. F o r e n l a r g i n g t h e general h e a t i n g a n d lighting plant, t h i r t y t h o u s a n d ($30,000.00) dollars . 30,000 00 4. Reconstruction, remodeling and equipment of L a w School building, fifteen t h o u s a n d ($15,000.00) dollars 15,000 00 5. T h a t t h e s u m of twenty-one t h o u s a n d ($21>000.00) dollars or so m u c h thereof as m a y be necessary be and is hereby appropriated for a struct u r e , suitably a r r a n g e d and equipped w i t h kilns, furnaces a n d stacks required in the study of t h e h e a t t r e a t m e n t of clays, glass and cement products. SEC. 3.
