The amendment prevailed, and the motion as amended was adopted by the following vote: Ayes, Messrs. Abbott, Crebs, Davison, Deneen, CJroiit, Hatch, Meeker and Mrs. Evans; present and not voting, Mrs. Bahrenburg; absent, Messrs. Blair and Moore, and Mrs. Busey.
